Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nexa (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use Nexa to break the law, infringe another person's rights, upload malicious code, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or abuse our AI features (including generating hateful, harassing, or deceptive content, or attempting to overload the system). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Your content

You own the resumes, notes, contacts, videos, and other content you upload. You grant Nexa a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service for you. AI-generated outputs are provided to you and are yours to use, subject to the reasonable-use rules of the underlying AI providers.

4. AI outputs

Nexa uses third-party AI models to generate summaries, plans, cover letters, interview prep, and career guidance. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before you rely on it, share it, or submit it to an employer.

5. Paid features and credits

Some features consume AI credits or require a paid plan. Pricing, limits, and refund rules are published on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to by law. On deletion, we remove your data according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

Nexa is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about job outcomes, interview success, salary, or hiring results. Nexa is a productivity tool, not a legal, financial, or employment advisor.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
