Bring the Nexa conversation to your audience.
Eddie Coronado speaks about Talent Management, career strategy, organizational capability, AI-enabled building, and the evolving relationship between people and intelligent technology.

Careers, capability, and organizational performance.
My work begins with a question I encountered repeatedly throughout my career:
Why do organizations treat individual career development and organizational performance as separate priorities when both depend on the capabilities people are able to build and apply?
Organizations often respond to talent challenges by creating more programs. Professionals often respond to career uncertainty by increasing activity. But activity alone does not produce transformation. Capability does.
That insight led me to create Nexa and shapes the conversations I bring to audiences. I speak about how individuals can build more sustainable careers, how organizations can move from administering talent programs to developing enterprise capability, and how both must prepare for an AI-driven workforce transformation.
I also share the story of building Nexa entirely through vibe coding. As a Talent Management leader rather than a traditional software engineer, I used AI-assisted development to translate an organizational philosophy into a functioning platform.
My speaking is grounded in a simple belief: the future of work is not only a technology challenge — it is a human-capability challenge.
The strongest organizations will not merely adopt AI. They will determine what technology should automate, what it should augment, and where human judgment, accountability, trust, creativity, and leadership must become even stronger. And the strongest careers will be built by people who understand how their capabilities create value in that changing environment.
Conversations built for leaders.
